What purchasing methods do you have?

You can go to any of our Dulce de Leche & Co. stores to taste the best alfajores and milk candies. You can also buy online and choose whether to receive at home or pick up at your nearest store.

Do I have to create a user to be able to buy online?

Yes. If you still do not have a user or you have not entered the website with a user, you can do it from the cart before buying. Also from the top bar by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT".

Do I have a way to check the payment methods available online?

You will be able to consult the accepted means of payment (with simulation of fees) and also the shipping methods.

If I started the purchase as an online order to receive at home but before finishing I decide to pick it up, can I?

Yes. In the purchase process you can decide if you want to receive the products at home (please check the reach areas and their costs) or select the store through which you want to pick up your purchase.

Do I receive any notification of my purchase?

Yes. You will receive notifications to the email box you used to create your account.

If I can't solve the online payment on the first try, can I try again later?

Yes. You can continue with the payment at another time by accessing your account in DDL&CO online

How do I receive my order?

If you buy online you can choose to receive at the door of your house. If you are in Argentina we send by Correo Argentino or personalized means. If you are abroad, we will send via FEDEX

How do I pay for my order?

If you buy online from Argentina you can pay with a card through Mercado Pago, even pay in cash by downloading the Easy Payment or Rapipago voucher. If you are abroad, you can pay through PAY PAL If you buy in our stores you can pay with CARD and QR, also in cash and foreign currency (US Dollar, BRAZILIAN Real and EURO)

What products can I return?

All Dulce de Leche & Co products have the option of being returned. Part of our service policy is to generate a satisfactory experience and that our products meet customer expectations.

How long do I have to return a product?

Once the product is received, the customer has 5 days to request a return.

What conditions must a product be in to be eligible for return?

Products must be properly sealed and in perfect condition

Can I change the product I bought?

Defective products are replaced according to stock availability

Can my money be refunded? How long will my refund take?

Refunds are made for the total amount of the purchase as long as the customer requests it and the products to be returned are in perfect return conditions. The maximum term to request a refund is 5 days after receiving the product. The money will be refunded 48 hours after Dulce de Leche & Co. has the returned product.

Can I return or request a refund of a product that I purchased in promotion?

No, promotional products cannot be returned.

Are there benefits for companies?

Yes. Personalization of Boxes, Tags with special greetings, Discounts for quantity, Shipments to CABA and the whole country
